My stay was extremely disappointing. The service was appalling, and the staff seemed completely uncoordinated and untrained. On top of that, the food was bland and we felt forced to leave the hotel for meals. This made our stay frustrating and far from relaxing.

Just a heads up, some of the paddle boards were a bit worn out, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience! 😊
